The Site Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that it runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This individual will oversee the work of the staff at the site, including supervisors and employees, and work closely with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. The Site Manager will lead a high performing team focused on employee engagement, local hiring, and training. Responsibilities
- Oversee employee engagement, sourcing, hiring, training, and management within the Hive.
- Employment brand management, recruitment advertising, and recruitment marketing.
- Design and launch of effective social media campaigns to promote awareness to the Hive and aid in recruitment efforts.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Monitor the site's operations and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the site is meeting organizational goals.
- Manage the budget for the site, ensuring that expenses are within budget and that resources are used efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on the site's operations and performance.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in call center management.
- Experience in sales management.
- Experience in health plan sales.
- Remote team management.
- Resident of Salem, Oregon, or a surrounding community, with an established social network within the community and extensive knowledge of the area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Health Insurance License.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
