BroadPath is hiring a Director of Human Resources to work remotely. Our Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of BroadPath’s mission and talent strategy.


  • Oversee the HR staff’s daily processes to include on-boarding, off-boarding, FMLA, leaves of absence, safety and worker’s compensation, and unemployment claims processing 
  • Build relationships with all business unit leaders, by being a strong and collaborative leader, an expert in Human Resources, who is clearly aligned with the business objectives
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management
  • Conduct or oversee investigations and consults with legal counsel as necessary 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources or a related field, and 5+ years human resources director experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of BPO experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of BPO processes 
  • Experience directing the HR team/processes for a 5000+ employee call center
  • Strong experience in a national HR setting, administering and providing detailed directives, crafting policies, maintaining EEOC and national, multi-state, and local labor law compliance for all aspects of a vastly distributed (remote) workforce
  • Expertise in liaising with the EEOC, writing position statements, conducting internal investigations, and providing positive resolutions regarding claims, inquiries or complaints 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience directing the HR team and processes for a 5000+ employee call center with international operations/workforce, and at least a portion of that workforce is work at home
  • HR certification i.e. SPHR, SPHRi, GPHR
