Job Description

Associated with Project P-12-0415 New West- Customer Service 2012. Onsite CSR working for New West Health Services in Montana


o    Inbound/outbound calls from members, pharmacists, and various internal departments
o    Reviewing medication inquiries and contacting healthcare providers for follow-up information
o    Reviewing provider documentation and accurately interpreting and entering data into the database
o    Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
o    Ability to effectively multitask and possess excellent attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills 
o    Self- motivated with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team with minimal direct supervision

Basic Qualifications

o    Must be extremely detail-oriented. 
o    Must be able to work effectively and sufficiently.
o    Require 2nd monitor screen for the role. 
o    Sourced mostly from Tier 1/Tier 2 roles. 
o    Healthcare and Call Center experience required. 
o    Data Entry experience preferred. 
o    Claims Review/Medical Billing would be considered as they have experience with medications and pronunciation of medications. 
o    Will be working with several medications, will need to be comfortable pronouncing medications they are not familiar with. 
o    Must not get frustrated when unable to pronoun medications, but willing to learn.
