Job Description

BroadPath is hiring a Telesales Recruiter to work remotely. Our Telesales Recruiter will utilize their expertise to source, identify, screen, and manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process. The Telesales Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to calibrate and collaborate on what the best fit is for the position, facilitate the offer process and extend the offers in addition to negotiating employment terms. Responsibilities

  • Implement recruiting and sourcing strategies that ensure each line-of-business has a talent network made up of best-in-industry resources, including passive talent.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques, applicant screening methods, applicant tracking and HRIS system
  • Produce high-quality results, meeting and exceeding all department and project goals.
  • Quickly execute recruiting strategies for delivering top-quality talent and meeting hiring plans in a very timely and consistently.
  • Develop relationships with department managers to understand the unique needs and culture of each department and each position. 
  • Investigate referrals, references, and social media sources to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust. 

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships.
  • Must be reliable, responsible, dependable, and always act in a professional manner, showing the utmost level of integrity.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced high-quality recruiting environment with ever-changing priorities.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends to meet client deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, iCIMS a plus. 
  • Content Management System (CMS), Salesforce a plus.  
  • 2+ years of High-volume experience.
  • 2+ years of sales/licensed recruiting experience.
