BroadPath has been acquired by Sagility, a publicly traded BPO with a 100% healthcare focus. They have been in business for more than 24 years and, like BroadPath, primarily serve the payer market while also offering robust provider solutions.
Their core services encompass customer service, clinical support, technology + automation, and payment processing.
Sagility is a global company with a diverse workforce of more than 30,000 employees across India, the Philippines, Jamaica, Colombia, and the United States.
They process over 150 million transactions annually and serve more than 80 million members of their clients.
For now, we will still be doing business as BroadPath Healthcare Solutions.
There will be no change to your employment status, your pay, your job description, nor your reporting manager. We will incorporate and leverage Sagility’s additional capabilities strategically as the year progresses.
Yes, we are really excited about this business development.

We celebrate and respect the uniqueness in each of our team members. We are strongly committed to serving the communities that we live and work in. We demonstrate high integrity in the way we do business through our team members.
The combined strength of our organization offers significant advantages:
- Deepened Healthcare Expertise: Because Sagility is a leading healthcare BPO, we gain access to a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, further solidifying our position as a prominent player in the healthcare solutions market.
- Expanded Geographic Reach: Sagility’s global presence, with operations in India, the Philippines, Jamaica, Colombia, and the United States, significantly expands our geographic reach, opening doors to new markets and growth opportunities.
- Technology: The acquisition provides access to Sagility’s advanced technologies, including emerging solutions like generative AI, which will enhance our service offerings and improve operational efficiency.
- Systems and Resources: We will be able to leverage resources and best practices to optimize our existing systems, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our overall service delivery to clients.
At this time, business will run as usual, and the upcoming changes won’t impact your day-to-day job experience.
The BroadPath and Sagility teams are currently working together to finalize the transition plan and timelines.
We will be sending an update soon with more details.
Right now, there will be no change to your reporting manager.
Yes, the acquisition will benefit our customers by expanding our expertise and broadening our range of services, while also creating opportunities for all employees.
Your current compensation and benefits will remain unchanged with the exception of the 401(k) plan.
You will receive communication from HR with details on enrolling in Sagility’s 401(k) plan.
You will continue to get paid weekly by BroadPath.
The BroadPath 401(k) plan will begin the process of transitioning to the Sagility 401(k) plan effective the day the sale closes.
As a result of this transition process, BroadPath employees will have a “blackout” period of at least ninety (90) days when they will be unable to make 401(k) contributions while the transition work is completed during which time impacted employees will be kept informed of progress that is happening.
Once that transition work is done, BroadPath employees may resume contributions, if desired.
If a plan participant wishes to do “catch up” contributions to make up for the unmade contributions during the transition blackout period, they will be able to make the adjustments to their contributions as necessary.
The new plan will not automatically make adjustments to make up for the unmade contributions during that period of time.
For 2025, the PTO policy remains unchanged.
For 2025, the vacation payout remains unchanged.
If your manager has approved time off for you in the future, those days will still be approved.
Your 2024 W-2 from BroadPath is available now in Paylocity.
Our BroadPath headquarters in Tucson, Arizona, as well as the remote work hubs in Rochelle, Longview, and Salem, will remain open and continue to operate.
