BroadPath is hiring Health Insurance Sales Agents for this upcoming Annual Enrollment Season. Our Health Insurance Sales Agents will work from home and interact with Health Plan Members, utilize a strong “Consultative Approach” to Selling. Our Agents role will also include the qualification of Consumer, Education, and Enrollment Assistance with Medicare & Retirement plans. Please note an active Resident Health Insurance License is required to apply, and pay rate is determined based on experience. Assist Medicare-eligible individuals telephonically in the following ways:
  • Market plans in the States from which our Client's Consumers are calling in 
  • Educate Members and Prospective Members on Plan Benefits and Details 
  • Provide objective information pertaining to Coverage, Annual Notice of Change, Pharmacy and Network Coverage, and Drug Formularies
  • Accurately secure Compliant Enrollment into appropriate Plan
  • Ability to pull a credit report for MARx registration

Basic Qualifications

  • Active Resident Health Insurance License Required
  • 6 months proven Consultative Sales Experience  
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong desire to “Help People Live Healthier Lives” by educating consumers on available plans and assistance in enrollment in a plan that meets the consumer’s healthcare needs
  • Proven success in a Call Center or similar structured work environment
  • Ability to not only understand complex Medicare programs, but be able to explain/articulate Medicare programs to consumers in ways that are clear, correct and objective
  • Ability to multi-task, which includes the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
