BroadPath is excited to be hiring a Seasonal Corporate Trainer! Our Seasonal Corporate Trainer is responsible for the delivery of all New Hire/Bridge/Cross/Up training for the Project they are assigned to. When not completing training duties, will work with Operations\Quality teams to identify and work with low performing agents, assist with coaching, any other duties as requested.


  • Conduct new hire and up-training in a virtual classroom environment 
  • Create an environment which supports a collaborative learning experience 
  • Provide evaluations of employee performance to management as required 
  • Maintain positive, consistent communication with departments and corporate staff 
  • Report on progress of assigned projects to Project Leaders 
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with department heads as needed 
  • Maintain accurate training records 
  • Implement feedback from peer, leadership and operational observations 
  • Proactively search for ways to improve the training experience 
  • Assist in the maintenance of Project training curriculum and activities 

Basic Qualifications

  • Possession of a High School Degree, GED or other equivalent education; Associates degree preferred 
  • Two (2) years’ experience in training and/or customer call center experience 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning techniques and best practices in training delivery 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health insurance plans 
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing 
  • Excellent listening skills 
  • Demonstrated proficiency of presentation skills 
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing needs  
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment 
  • Ability to travel to attend or deliver training or to monitor, evaluate and coach team members
