  • Responding to customers inquires via inbound and outbound calls per day
  • Demonstrate solid communication skills with ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of personalities and situations
  • Demonstrate empathy, problem solving abilities, and ability to de-escalate difficult and upset customers
  • Demonstrate familiarity with call center desktop tools used by Supplier
  • Demonstrated ability to talk & type 30+ words per minute and communicate with customers as they are typing
  • ​​​​​​Demonstrated ability to explain complex scenario

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills including the ability to effectively search for and type information on the computer, navigate through multiple windows and screens quickly, and inputting information accurately while keeping pace with the call
  • Grit; demonstrated passion and perseverance towards goals despite obstacles or distractions
  • Ability to motivate others while being aware of and responsive to customer needs and concerns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable hardwired internet is a must with at least 15mbps download|5mbps upload speeds
