Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from members regarding health plans, benefits, and coverage 
  • Adhere to all call metrics such as handle time, scheduled adherence, and CSAT.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Follow all HIPAA requirements on every call

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of recent customer service experience preferably in a call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call Center Health plan experience preferred
