BroadPath is hiring Pharmacy Customer Service Representatives to Work from Home! Our Pharmacy Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing customer service to members of multiple benefit plans by analyzing the member‚Äôs needs and by providing timely and accurate responses.‚ÄĮ Come join our Work from Home Team!


Day to Day 

  • Explain medical plans to members, pharmacies, any additional verified call with whom agents work with to resolve member issues‚ÄĮ¬†

  • Handle updates to member‚Äôs accounts, such as adding/editing basic information (Address, Telephone, PCP, etc.)

  • Actively listen to the caller to verify what individual/department/pharmacy will need to be contacted in order to work together to resolve the issue¬†

  • Adhere to all call metrics as set forth by the client including Schedule Adherence, Average Handling Time, After Call Work and CSAT scores (Customer Satisfaction Scores) if applicable‚ÄĮ‚ÄĮ¬†

  • Ensure compliance with BroadPath, Client, and HIPAA regulations

Basic Qualifications

  • Must have a backup ISP provider (Must be a different provider than primary ISP)¬†¬†

  • Previous Customer Service experience¬†¬†

  • Position requires strong computer & telephone multitasking skills including: the ability to effectively search for and type information on the computer, navigate through multiple windows and screens quickly, and inputting information accurately while keeping pace with the call¬†

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills¬†
