BroadPath is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to work remotely. Our Corporate Recruiter will utilize their expertise to source, identify, screen and present the highest talent for our internal corporate hiring needs. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with Hiring Managers to calibrate and collaborate on what the best fit is for a position, then proceed to present a short list of the top ranked candidates to the Hiring Manager for final selection, and hire.

Responsibilities

  • Implement recruiting and sourcing strategies that ensure each line-of-business has a talent network made up of best-in-industry resources, including passive talent 

  • Investigate referrals, references, and social media sources to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants 

  • Develop relationships with department managers to understand the unique needs and culture of each department and each position  

  • Be an active and positive contributor to the Talent Acquisition Department and Company's professionalism and Culture 

  • Produce high-quality results, meeting and exceeding all department and project goals 

  • Quickly execute recruiting strategies for delivering top-quality talent and meeting hiring plans in a very timely and consistently 

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be residing in the Metro Manila Area
  • Minimum of 2 years Recruiting Experience in a Corporate Hiring Environment 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships 

  • Must be reliable, responsible, dependable and always act in a professional manner, showing the utmost level of integrity 

  • Thrives in a fast-paced high-quality recruiting environment with ever-changing priorities 

  • Ability to work occasional weekends to meet client deadlines 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Work at Home Experience 

  • Previous Salesforce System Experience
