The Hive is actively searching for a Team Lead to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Salem, Oregon. The Team Lead is responsible for managing the recruitment team and overseeing the entire hiring process of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the talent needs of the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.
  • Create and manage job postings on various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Proactively source and identify top talent through various methods, such as employee referrals, networking events, and social media.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Promote our Culture of Communication; join our happy hour, bowling night, pet day, volunteer events.

Basic Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Previous experience managing a recruitment team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. 
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Resident of Salem, Oregon, or a surrounding community.

Preferred Qualifications

  • iCIMS experience. 
  • Salesforce experience.
